This agreement is a contract between the customer (“you”) and F.H. Booth & Son Pty Ltd ABN: 73 132 677 715 “Booth” 23-27 Smith St Marrickville NSW 2204. booth.com.au “Booth” is owned and operated by F.H. Booth & Son.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order with Booth. By completing and ordering from booth.com.au, you acknowledge that you have read and agree with the terms and conditions outlined below.

Booth reserves the right at all times to make changes to the Booth Terms and Conditions, stock offers, and bonuses at its sole discretion without prior notice.

1. Definitions

The following apply to these Terms and Conditions.

Agreement means an agreement between you and Booth to supply Goods.

Delivery Address means the address to which the Goods are to be delivered as stated on the Order.

Goods means Goods described in an Order.

Order means an order by you to purchase Goods from Booth.

Personal Information includes, but not limited to your name, Delivery Address and payment details.

2. Price of Goods and payment

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars, and include GST. Prices shown do not include handling & delivery. You agree to pay the delivery and handling fee in respect to each order and all applicable taxes in that regard.

Variation Booth reserves the right to change or alter prices of products without notice. The price applicable shall be the price applicable on the date the Goods are confirmed as ordered.

Method of Payment You may use your MasterCard, Visa, American Express. Booth does not accept cheque, cash or gift card payments for Goods. Payment must be cleared before the Goods are dispatched.

3. Delivery

All products are only available for delivery in Australia.

Please note that goods are bundled together to reduce freight cost. As such on occasion delay with the order may be experienced if an item is out of stock.

Delivery Charges:

* Delivery charges within Australia will be indicated in the order page and are additional to the stated price for goods. The delivery charges are inclusive of GST and are subject to change without notice.

Risk & Title

* Risk and title in the Goods passes to you upon delivery of the Goods to your nominated Delivery Address.

Delivery Requirements

* Booth does not make Goods available for collection. Goods cannot be delivered to a P.O Box address.
* A person must be at the Delivery Address to accept the goods on delivery. Anyone at the Delivery Address who receives the Goods shall be presumed to be authorised to receive the Goods on your behalf. If there is no-one at the Delivery Address or no-one of the appropriate age to receive the Goods (or the person is unable or unwilling to provide appropriate proof of age), a calling card will be left for you to collect the Goods from the post office.
* Booth will not accept responsibility for late delivery or non-delivery due to incomplete or incorrect details provided.

4. Stock and Product Availability

All Goods featured on this site have been included in good faith on the basis that the Goods as described will be available at the time of the sale.

Please note that customer orders are not available should an item not be available.

Booth will use its best endeavours to ensure that all Goods ordered by you are supplied to you. If the Goods ordered by you are not readily available in stock, whenever possible Booth will offer you a comparable product of equal or greater value. Booth will attempt to have the most accurate imagery of products available.

Booth reserves the right not to sell certain products to any person to which, or in any location where, the sale of certain Products is restricted or prohibited.

5. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled online within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. This must be done by calling customer service. If within Australia 02 8596 2200, international 0011 62 2 8596 6200.

6. Returns

Exchanges and returns will be processed in accordance with the current Booth Returns Policy.

Please note that delivery fees and handling fees are non refundable, unless required by law.

Booth will replace or credit any items damaged, faulty or received incorrectly within 14-days of purchase. Please send all returns to the address below, order number and invoice number. (no cash refunds).

Booth cannot refund or exchange Goods unless there is a fault, this means no exchange is available for an error in judgement in product choice or if you have chosen incorrect artwork. Please choose carefully.

8. Promotions and Discounts

Booth at its discretion, may honour promotions, discounts or offers currently out of time.

9. Website Terms

For further details regarding Booth website terms such as trade marks, copyright and other applicable terms.

10. Applicable Laws

The laws of the jurisdiction of New South Wales , Australia govern this agreement.
